Are you a creative, hardworking and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a nursery?
Join a team of friendly and likeminded nursery staff who are dedicated to early childhood education and development – the RSC nursery in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner.
Working within this caring and secure environment as an Early Years Practitioner, you will be supporting young children to ensure they develop and grow, through planning and leading activities that stimulate their minds and creativity. No two days are the same in a nursery working with small children, from a pilot one day to a gardener the next, it's a job that's both rewarding and fun. Where you build relationships, gain trust and make a real difference.
Passion for and knowledge of EYFS and the Early Years curriculum is important, and a Level 3 (at least) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for the suitable Early Years Practitioner.
Situated close to the Theatre the RSC Nursery offers a well-equipped environment that allows children to explore and learn through play. With a messy play space, free-flow activity areas, nutritious home-cooked food, and a large inclusive outside learning garden, you can be certain that the setting offers a nurturing and caring environment for children to flourish, learn and enjoy.
This is a full-time role to working up to 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday 7.45am-6.15pm) but this can be flexible and is a permanent position. If you have any queries, please get in touch and we can discuss details further, including the number of hours.
