We are looking for an attentive individual to join Talbots as Paralegal. To be successful, you will have at least a minimum of 12 months experience working within a conveyancing department.
As a Paralegal, you will be expected to assist lawyers in our conveyancing teams on client matters from inception through to completion such as sale, purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered titles, unregistered titles, leasehold and freehold properties.

What the job involves:
* Deal proactively with a wide range of clients across a variety of communication methods, including email and telephone.
* Obtaining simple indemnity policy quotes, request searches and review mortgage offers whilst reporting to client.
* Drafting registered contracts including issuing and chasing contracts as well as proof-reading system generated documentation.
* Update relevant software such as TM Secure and SOS and maintaining compliance requirements inline with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality scheme Standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need:
* At least 12 months experience of working as Paralegal within a conveyancing department.
* To be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and referrals and have excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
* Working knowledge on how to use case management systems, land registry portal and online conveyancing software.
