My client requires a Project Delivery Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to ensure delivery improvement within the business.
You'll be refining the process for identifying/designing/building/operating service processes, ensure relevant governance, business process, improvement of systems and working in a multi-functional team.
Experience of working with at least one Customer Experience Management Platform (E.g Sprikl, Salesforce, Zendesk, Khoros etc), support integration projects, vendor management, documentation etc are all important.
