The Columbus Product Team will provide opportunities to apply your dispensing knowledge and experience, whilst developing new skills as you go. As Lead Product Analyst you will be responsible for shaping how the team supports the Columbus Delivery Roadmap. The primary responsibility of the Lead Columbus Product Analyst is to functionally lead a team of 4 Product Analysts in the support of the wider Columbus Product and IT Development Teams to deliver new and exciting Columbus Pharmacy Management System features. Reporting into the Columbus Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Working closely with multiple stakeholders, developing effective and efficient approaches for the team to support the development of Columbus features. Appreciating how new Columbus features change the in-store dispensing process and how this can be replicated in our Product Testing. Leading Product Testing activity for each Columbus release, including initial scoping, prioritisation, test preparation and test execution activities, reporting progress to stakeholders as appropriate. Leading the evolution of the services offered by the team based on a continual improvement methodology. Mentoring and developing the skills of the Product Analysts. Managing the workload, priorities and effectiveness of the Product Analyst Team. Co-ordinating resources, both human & technical, to maximise the value of the work the team complete. What you’ll need to have Pharmacy Dispensing / Operational Experience (Pharmacy / Care Services). A strong working knowledge of the Columbus Pharmacy Management System. Excellent Communicator. Strong Analytical, Attention to Detail and Fault-Finding Skills. Passionate about Continually Improving the Pharmacy Experience. Computer Literate – With a willingness to develop these skills further. It would be great if you also have Leading process change activities. Leading the introduction of Columbus new features.
