Customer Success Manager – Construction SaaS
Salary: £48,000 Basic / Bonus
TechBuildr has partnered with a multi-billion pound turnover, international software business that provides SaaS solutions for the construction sector. The business has opened in the UK in 2024 and is growing rapidly.
As such, they’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help foster customer loyalty and drive customer engagement. The key responsibilities of the role are:
1. Implement service works including training, project guidance, hotline on duty, and software updates to clients.
2. Work with the sales team in driving/managing renewals and sales demo assistance.
3. Collect product requirements and contribute suggestions to new feature development.
4. Follow up on the company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationships.
5. Manage existing clients' software usage and relationship maintenance.
The ideal candidate for this Customer Success Manager role should have:
1. 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role in SaaS.
2. Knowledge of the construction industry (highly desired).
3. Familiarity with construction project management software (highly desired).
4. Education to degree level or equivalent.
5. Highly driven, self-motivated, and possess a “can-do” attitude.
