Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Primary School located in Macclesfield, they are seeking a Primary School Teacher to start after the May half-term, with the opportunity to start a permanent contract in September. This is a great opportunity for Newly Qualified Teachers who are looking to start their career within a mainstream primary school.
About the role:
* Pay between £30k- £40k (dependent on experience)
* School is in a great location with excellent transport links between Congleton, Stockport and Stoke-on-Trent
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be required to plan and deliver engaging lessons ensuring they align with the national curriculum and needs of the students. You will work closely with support staff to assess and manage pupil progress and communicate feedback to parents and SLT. Additionally, you will develop and implement individualised learning plans and work with teaching assistants to ensure the curriculum is accessible to all students and those who require additional academic and behavioural support receive this. It is important to always create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
* A QTS or equivalent
* A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the development of young students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students, other members of staff and parents
* Excellent classroom management skills and behaviour management
* Good knowledge of the national curriculum
* Understanding of current educational trends and best practices
