Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm (40 hours)
GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 per annum

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our local well established, nationwide client. You will be sales minded with a proactive approach to your work whilst providing excellent customer service.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor are:
· Handle incoming phone calls and emails from an established customer base.
· Process quotes for tenders and then converting quotes to orders.
· Interpret customer needs and process orders on the computer in a fast paced environment until invoiced.
· Maintain a high level of customer service at all times whilst understanding the motivations and needs of the customer.
· General admin duties.
The key requirements of the Customer Service Advisor include:
· High energy individual with exceptional motivating skills.
· Be proactive and able to work on own initiative.
· Process driven and able to work with clearly defined procedures.
· IT literate including Microsoft Office.
· Able to build and nurture long term relationships with customers.

· An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
