We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a WaterShare Lead to join our team based in Exeter or Bristol. You will join us on a permanent full-time basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) per annum plus a range of excellent company benefits rewards. About the role: As the WaterShare Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting materials for the Customer Challenges Group and the WaterShare Advisory Panel. This role involves conveying complex regulatory information, business performance data, and customer insights in a lea and accessible way to range of external stakeholders. The WaterShare Lead, will work closely with senior managers across both Bristol Water and South West Water together, analyse, and compile relevant information. You will ensure that materials are prepared and presented in alignment with the agreed meeting schedules, supporting informed discussions and decision-making by the WaterShare Advisory Panel. To excel in this role, you must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. What you’ll be doing: Ensuring the WaterShare Advisory Panel and subgroups have information clearly presented to them. Ensure that the actions and challenges raised by the WaterShare are responded to and resolved by the company in a timely manner Oversee the production of the WaterShare annual report. Develop slide packs and briefing papers for the WaterShare, covering content on but not limited to, the future business plan, company performance, and regulatory updates. The ability to work on a wide range of topics on a frequent basis, and able to interpret a wide range of materials and present to the external Stakeholders. Liaise with senior managers and Directors to gather all business needs that are required for the WaterShare meetings. Communicate back to Senior Managers and Directors the changes needed following challenges made by the WaterShare Panel.
