About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. You will drive process improvements, maintain compliance, and support employee engagement while leading a dedicated HR operations team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a people operations team, delivering high-quality HR services
Oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR data management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations
Develop and implement HR policies to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting
Partner with managers to identify and mitigate risks
