Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Lovell have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team, based at either our Cardiff or Bristol offices. As our PA, you will provide professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the South Wales and West Regional Directors and Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure the business maintains a professional approach to our customers and staff and will be responsible for overseeing the Receptionist and front desk operations. In this all-encompassing role, your duties will include diary management, organising meetings, minute taking, answering telephone enquiries, organising staff events and maintaining the Regional Managing Directors filing system. You will be required to build positive relationships with key contacts, both internal and external, and actively support other members of the office to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. From time to time, you may be asked to research and review topics on behalf of SLT and produce high quality PowerPoint presentations. Joining us with significant experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, etc.) you will be competent in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, etc.) will be familiar with In Design. With an open and honest and methodical approach to tasks, you will be commercially aware and comfortable prioritising in order to meet deadlines. Above all, you must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be extremely proactive to succeed in this role.
