Salary Range: Negotiable based around experience. £30,000 - £45,000 Our client is hiring an In-House Recruitment Consultant / Manager to oversee and streamline their recruitment processes. The business currently stands with 120 employees with plans to grow by an additional 35, by the end of 2025. The firm also has a sister company which already has an established recruitment team, with annual revenues in the region of £250m. This role will focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to attract and retain the best candidates for open positions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business requirements, including job postings, advertising, and social media outreach Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit Make job offers and extend employment offers to selected candidates Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and business objectives to ensure alignment with recruitment efforts Manage the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies Develop and maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance Requirements: 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficiency in ATS systems and Linked In Recruiter.
