Salary: £57,100 - £70,000 per annum

About the Role
As Senior Programme Manager, you'll take the lead in designing, planning, and managing strategic projects and programmes that drive impactful change. Collaborating with senior leaders and managing a team of Project Managers, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality programmes that enhance our competitive edge and meet our ambitious goals.
Your role will involve:
* Driving Cambridge International's Education Strategy through the successful implementation of key programmes.
* Leading business transformation initiatives that foster customer loyalty, market growth, and continued collaboration with Cambridge International.
* Mentoring and developing a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Championing best practices in programme and project governance, from budget management to stakeholder engagement.
* Providing business consultancy expertise, supporting the delivery of strategic objectives with clarity and precision.
About You
You're a visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, transformative projects. You excel in navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships, and driving change at an international scale.
You will bring:
* Extensive and proven experience in defining and delivering business change projects involving both processes and technology.
* Strong knowledge of project and programme management principles across agile and waterfall delivery teams.
* A Project Management qualification (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe) – is highly desirable.
* Insight into IT development practices and methodologies.
* Understanding of Cambridge International Education's marketplace and stakeholders – or the ability to quickly grasp it.
