The Opportunity
As an Integration & Systems Validation Engineer, you'll work across multiple domains of system integration, design proving, and trials execution. You'll engage with design and systems engineering teams to plan and execute trials, analyze critical data, and ensure systems meet the highest standards. Your role is instrumental in delivering solutions that support essential defence capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with systems and design engineering teams to ensure successful trials and data acquisition.
Generate trials documentation and deliver Trials Readiness Reviews.
Conduct and support a variety of trials, including laboratory-based integration, ground-based, and environmental testing.
Perform diagnostics using COTS test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscopes) and fault-find to the component level.
Develop and execute electrical tests and software proving tests aligned with proving requirements.
Support lab management, hardware/software configuration control, and test equipment calibration.
Analyze post-trial data and generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a candidate who:
Has experience in system integration, design proving, and trials.
Is proficient in system and subsystem integration, assessment, and acceptance.
Has knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and electronic design/test processes.
Possesses strong diagnostic skills with experience in fault-finding to the component level.
Demonstrates the ability to generate clear documentation and provide analytical post-trial insights.
Thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with excellent communication skills.Please note: Security clearance will be required, including BPSS checks.
