The role
In this role you’ll support the Airfield Operations Manager and the wider Aerodrome Operations Team with administrative duties including managing the mailbox, reviewing rostering requirements, tracking budget spend and overtime costs, organising meetings and taking minutes. You’ll also prepare and distribute performance and resource data and reports for senior management.
What will make you successful in the role?
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role in a busy operational environment. You’ll be comfortable manipulating large data sets and producing reports, and experience monitoring administrative budgets would also be beneficial. You’ll also be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a warm and welcoming personality and a can-do attitude.
