The myenergi In-Direct Buyer will lead and manage the Group in-direct spend, working closely with department heads and ratify spend requirements. The In-Direct buyer will monitor spend, identify and execute cost reduction as well as contract maintenance and management.
Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with each Department Head to ensure all in-direct spend is vetted and delivers the best commercial deal for myenergi.
2. Responsible for the end to end tender management including tender report, presentation, contract analysis and negotiation.
3. Spend analysis, forecasting and cost reduction.
4. Development and conducting supplier assessment in line with company policies ensuring compliance to regulatory and ESG requirements.
5. Developing and managing a robust internal In-Direct Purchase Order process.
6. Ensuring the ERP system is up to date with accurate supplier information relating to the In-Direct supply base.
7. Supporting urgent business needs where required.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. 3 years in a similar role, and looking for the next challenge in their career.
2. MCIP’s preferable.
3. Must have a solid background in an In-Direct Purchasing role.
4. ERP knowledge highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grimsby.
