We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Hailsham
When you'll be working:
1. Monday - Friday: 15.00pm -
2. Saturdays: -
3. Up to 25 hours per week available
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home, during the evenings and Saturday mornings.
Our client has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy and will require support on a 2 -1 basis with a hoist.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
