Property Sales Administrator Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Central Milton Keynes Annual Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent upon experience) Working Hours: Thursdays to Mondays, 09:30 - 17:30 (35 hours working week) Tuesday's and Wednesday's days off. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high-quality property development and looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role: Coordinate activities related to the development and sale of luxury apartments. Work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the development process are executed efficiently. Assist in the marketing and sale of the apartments, ensuring that potential buyers receive all necessary information. Manage communications between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress on projects. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications. Handle administrative tasks related to property development, including document management and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in property sales or a related sales field is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
