Requirements
As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team! You will play a key role within the wider Sales function, whilst also supporting and working with brand new, high-value enterprise partnerships. You’ll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Asos, GymShark and Boohoo … to name a few!
Key Responsibilities
* Representing media agencies to secure strategic client briefs.
* Sales cycle management - engaging clients repeatedly throughout the sales cycle, establishing multiple channels of communication both internally and externally to secure substantial deals.
* Pipeline management - maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline with weekly forecasts.
* Pipeline development and proposals - cultivating a portfolio aiming for an annual business growth of 30% or more, securing consistent six-figure deals, and developing proposal decks tailored to client requirements.
* Relationship management - engaging new and C-suite decision makers, expanding the network of decision makers to include brand partners and media agencies, participating in events, conducting regular client meetings, and facilitating client entertainment.
* Large accounts - managing well-known brands across various industries.
* Cross-departmental collaboration - creating proposals that integrate brand partnerships, e-commerce, and research to generate significant incremental revenue.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have
* Practical experience with leading sales tools such as LinkedIn, Gong, Groove, or comparable platforms.
* Significant experience in selling comprehensive partnership solutions, demonstrating a proven history of achievement.
* A robust understanding of the digital marketing environment, with experience spanning both direct-to-brand and agency sales.
* Proficiency in managing complete sales processes, including navigating intricate procurement systems and engaging with various senior stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, etc.).
* Outstanding presentation and preparation skills to effectively convey value propositions.
* Strong analytical abilities to recognise opportunities, optimize deals, and promote business growth.
* A results-oriented mindset, with a thorough understanding of essential sales metrics—both internal (close rates, deal cycle time, conversion rates) and external (brand performance, objection handling, etc.).
