Assistant Property Manager, Residential Lettings, Full Time
Our client, an award-winning lettings specialist based on the south coast, is looking to expand their busy, friendly team.
They require a well-organised property manager. In order to make an impact, they would prefer some lettings experience.
You are a professional, quick-thinking problem solver who can work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, with an excellent customer service record.
The Role
This role is to advise landlords and tenants on a variety of lettings administration support tasks including but not limited to:
1. Ensure that EICR’s, GSC and EPC’s are valid and in place
2. Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements, notices, and deposit registration compliance
3. Day-to-day property management
4. Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
5. Deal with customer enquiries effectively
6. Ensure focus on own development
7. Resolve complaints
8. Escalate queries outside of own authority level
9. Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
10. Attention to all H&S issues, including hazard and accident reporting
Skills and Experience
1. Previous property management/maintenance experience preferred
2. Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
3. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
4. Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client-facing role
5. Friendly, enthusiastic and accountable with excellent communication skills
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
