Office Angels have teamed up with a forward-thinking, dynamic client in the packaging and manufacturing industry, looking to recruit a Customer Services Specialist. This role is busy, and you will be based in the office on-site in Alton. You will join an established team of hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy developing within this company and sector.
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
Hours: 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 2.00pm on Friday

Your main duties will include:
* Providing an outstanding customer service experience for designated new and existing customers.
* Being responsible for OTIF and service levels.
* Developing and enhancing customer relationships to achieve supply needs.
* Resolving all customer queries by leading discussions with relevant departments.
* Managing any issues directly with the customer.
* Assessing current processes and implementing business improvements.
* Attending all relevant customer meetings and presentations as required.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new customers via telephony and email.
* Being PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
* Demonstrating the ability to efficiently plan, organize, and manage tasks.
* Exhibiting good verbal communication skills.
* Retaining focus and maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
