Primary duties include, though are not confined to:
* Care Act assessments
* Examine and supervise carer strategies
* Perform assessments according to the Mental Capacity Act
* Manage complex cases that require the local authority to initiate the PLO and Court Proceedings
* Develop SMART care plans for children
* Caseload management
* Take the lead in an area of social work practice.
To be successful within this role, you are required to have:
* Social Work England registration
* Social Work Qualification
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent assessment/analysis skills, a clear understanding of thresholds
* Regulated Activity DBS Disclosure Certificate
