Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of learning needs
* Work closely with support staff to ensure all pupils receive personalised support
* Develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Monitor and assess individual progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A caring and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs
* Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff, parents, and external agencies
