What you’ll do
As the Public Sector Account Manager, you’ll provide desk-based sales activities and account management to a specified account list, achieving set performance KPIs and commercial targets. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from creation of sales leads, through to qualification and proposal production, negotiation and close with an additional layer of retaining and product upselling. You’ll also be required to:
* Provide a high quality of service and ensure that all the work you are given is completed accurately.
* Proactively take actions to improve our business based on your practice experience.
* Providing informal guidance and support to new team members when required.
* Aim to achieve KPIS as set by management in Sales Charters and annual AOV revenue targets as set by business.
Who you are
* Previous experience in a solution-based sales role within the telecommunications industry.
* Understands the Public Sector environment and can implement customer specific solutions in line with specific product and service portfolios.
* Demonstrable understanding and experience in selling mobile and fixed voice, data, unified communications, Cloud & Hosting, MDM and IOT/M2M
* Previous experience in Sales Account Management and/or Customer Services
* Ability to build effective relationships and drive excellent NPS responses and levels of customer service.
