A welcoming and supportive secondary school in Barnet are looking for a Psychology Graduate to start after February half term. As a Psychology Graduate, you will be supporting children aged 11-16 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with SEN within a mainstream secondary environment. If you are proactive and empathetic, and have experience working with individuals with SEN, then this Psychology Graduate TA role could be a good fit for you. Whilst experience with children and young people is always appreciated, the most important thing for a Psychology Graduate TA to have is a desire to support young people.
As a Psychology Graduate TA your focus will be on guiding and working with students who need a bit more help, as well as supporting the needs of the class. You will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with SEN within a mainstream secondary environment. Your role could involve working within a specific SEN department, within multiple different age groups/subject groups, or with individual students on a intervention basis.
