Finance Systems Analyst

Description
To triage defects and configuration queries and requests; actions updates to configuration and defect remediation to maintain integrity of 3E and the proprietary systems; working with the Systems team on system upgrades and testing on relevant environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logging, investigating and remediating defects that are raised relating to 3E and proprietary systems.
2. Following configuration process to apply, test and promote signed off configuration requests.
3. Supporting testing of new software, system upgrades, IT infrastructure changes that impact finance.
4. Responsible for the migration and validation of bulk updates relating to firm structure changes and new acquisitions.
5. Ensure key administrative tasks are performed in a timely manner, these include (but are not limited to):
6. Timeload error resolution.
7. Set up, maintenance and review of client rates in 3E and linked databases.
8. Triage of queries received into the team.
9. System access to 3E and proprietary systems such as Paperless Proforma and Power BI.
10. Banking administration.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
1. Knowledge of 3E, Chrome River and banking software beneficial.
2. Quality oriented with a focused customer service approach.
3. Must be highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a constantly changing workload under pressure, meeting demanding processing targets and adhering to service standards.
4. Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with a pro-active and flexible approach with a good eye for detail, excellent communication and numeracy skills.
5. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
