Inspire students to achieve their full potential in Art through engaging and high-quality lessons. Manage curriculum planning, departmental resources, and assessment strategies to deliver excellent outcomes. Support and develop colleagues within the department through professional development and mentoring. Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s ethos and values. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Art across Key Stages. A proven track record of delivering strong outcomes for students.
