Key Responsibilities: Contract Manager Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and client requirements. Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects to ensure efficiency and quality. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication and direction. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns proactively. Organisational Excellence: Ensure all operational and administrative aspects of contracts run smoothly, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce industry best practices and safety regulations across all projects. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any project challenges efficiently while minimising risk and cost implications. Requirements: Contract Manager Proven experience in a contract management or project management role within construction, geotechnical, or a related field. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills – essential for team coordination and client engagement. SMSTS qualification BSc or similair Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contractual obligations effectively. A proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities. A full UK driving licence (essential).
