Description Costain is working closely with the Atomic Weapons Establishment Burghfield to deliver their Mensa Programme, a replacement assembly and disassembly facility to replace existing infrastructure. The programme will provide a modern enduring facility in which to undertake warhead assembly and sub assembly operations. Costain provides Construction Management and delivery services on behalf of the AWE drive Supply chain Partners through construction towards commissioning and project completion whilst delivering a cost-effective solution to the end user. Responsibilities Role Requirements Proficient with Primavera P6 in an Enterprise environment. Holder of SC (or above) clearance preferable Previous site experience in delivering M&E projects to programme. Experienced in the implementation and use of earned value analysis (schedule and performance management). Experience of Developing WBS and development of schedules from limited information. Ability to integrate Engineering delivery with M&E, General Building and complex Plant work packages to achieve programme. An ability to work in a partnering environment with the client. Skilled in progress interrogation and scrutiny of / challenging contractor schedules. Close working with supply chain / internal project managers to develop / improve logic sequence. Experience of Critical Path Analysis / late starts early starts / finishes. Understanding and interpreting Float Erosion and Critical activities. Development of What-if scenarios for exploring sequence effects on the schedule. Ability to interpret project documentation and drawings. Qualifications LI-MF1 LI-MF1
