We are looking for an innovative, forward thinking administrator to over-see the delivery of robust administration systems, providing highly responsive and efficient administrative processes for Children's Specialist Services in Waltham Forest. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who is well-versed in implementing high quality, well-designed systems and processes to support clinical function with the greatest level of efficiency possible. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of admin staff working in the busy multi disciplinary child development clinic ensuring smooth delivery of all associated administration functions, including referral processing, clinic scheduling and appointment coordination.

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436 p.a. pro rata for part time).
