Salt is working with one of the world’s best known creative SaaS brands, who are seeking a Customer Insights Specialist to help support customer research projects across EMEA.
As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will help develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides (both quant and qual), analyse the results, and present findings to stakeholders in a compelling way.
* 11-month contract, January start
* £240 per day, inside IR35
* Hybrid working in London
You will:
* Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides, and analyze and present findings to stakeholders in a compelling manner
* Integrate insights from diverse data sources, including primary research, third-party data, and analytics
* Identify and utilize the most relevant data for project needs
You will need
* 5+ years in research/insights, proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods
* Proven experience managing end-to-end research projects
* Skilled in synthesizing insights with other data types (e.g., secondary, behavioral)
* Strong analytical and numerical abilities, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights
