As the Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing admin support and maintaining high-quality standards. Working closely with your client relationship manager, you will be responsible for completing various admin tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing orders and coordinating with the warehouse for efficient printing and distribution.
2. Assisting account managers and CRMs with stock reports and system adjustments.
3. Processing shipping labels and ensuring accurate order references for invoicing purposes.
4. Utilising shipping calculators to determine shipping costs and maintaining knowledge of carrier preferences.
5. Supporting the team in running KPIs and monitoring order volumes to optimise staffing levels.
6. Collaborating with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
7. Assisting with invoicing tasks, such as running charge sheets and using logistics management systems.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, be process-driven, and have strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Windows Office Packages is required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is vital.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an hourly rate ranging from £11.79 to £12.30. Driving is required for this role.
