We are seeking an experienced individual who has extensive knowledge in customer service to provide a warm and friendly welcome as part of the on-site Front of House Team, located in Edinburgh Haymarket.
Within this role, you will be required to provide the highest level of client care and customer service to all associates in the clients' business, which includes visitors, occupiers, and internal colleagues, while also conducting administrative roles and responsibilities. Computer literacy is required. The focus of the role is facilitating meeting rooms and providing hospitality (teas, coffees, and occasionally catering) across meeting rooms and event spaces.

The attendance pattern is Monday to Thursday totaling 20 hours per week from 8 am to 1 pm, with occasional needs to work flexibly to cover early starts or late finishes.
Accountabilities
1. Provide high-quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients.
2. Order and deliver hospitality in accordance with pre-booked requirements.
3. Timely preparation of meeting rooms and event space to ensure they are tidy and set up ready for meetings, including furniture layouts and equipment requests.
4. Clear meeting rooms after use in a timely manner ready for the next meeting.
5. Ensure company and legislative health and hygiene standards and requirements are always complied with in providing food and drink.
6. Liaise with wider teams to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
