As The Director, Local People Partnering - EMEA, you will be responsible for leading the Regional Local Partnering team. The focus will be to maximize the team´s capability and to ensure that effective HR delivery is provided at the highest standards to employees within the organization. This role is pivotal within the People journey experience, as it provides solutions for enhanced engagement, enables minimal administration, improves experience through people analytics, and optimizes processes via tooling. Responsibilities In addition to the above, the Director, Local People Partnering - EMEA will also take on responsibilities such as: Partnering with business leaders to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Actively and proactively manage, coach, and develop the Regional Local People Partners to ensure that proactive advanced HR advice, expertise, and support is delivered to the business. Ensure a strong and sustainable delivery focusing on quality. Lead regional HR excellence by driving efficiency projects that are in line with the global People strategy. Anticipate key trends, opportunities, and vulnerabilities and position functional support to ensure that Elekta’s HR infrastructure and systems can support the demands of current programs and future growth. Ensure our record-keeping and data-processing procedures comply with local requirements. Contribute to overall strategy, leadership, values, culture, and decision-making through active membership of the Local People Partnering Leadership team. Create analysis and action plans necessary to achieve all HR People value maturity level metrics. What you bring University degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix, and change-oriented global organization with process complexity. Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, and influence multiple stakeholder groups at all levels. Excellent leadership and coaching skills including building capability within a team. Experience of transformational change with the ability to control cost and reduce spend by driving efficiency projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of achieving personal and team-based KPI performance targets. Why should you join Elekta?
