Responsibilities:
We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a variety of implementation projects supporting our SCE clients. Your expertise will guide the initiation, planning, and delivery phases, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading kick-off and project planning workshops.
* Managing project scopes, risks, and deliverables.
* Supporting user acceptance testing and overseeing the go-live support phase.
* Maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in client facing project management, preferably within public sector industry.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* An excellent understanding of project documentation and administration.
* The ability to mentor and help other members of the team.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a strong team player mindset.
