The Global Merchandise Planning team (GMP) is a key part of ASOS's commercial function, working alongside buying and merchandising teams to drive the assortment strategy and set purchase targets across the business divisions to achieve ASOS's stock objectives.
As a Global Merchandising Assistant Planner, you'll report into a Merchandise Planner.
Role Objectives
1. Work closely with buying teams to understand their product strategy and set intake plans by fulfilment centre (FC) accordingly. Analyze by category/brand to ensure the stock meets customer demand, reacting to trends and iterating plans.
2. Ensure intake plans set roll back to target for buying division at FC level.
3. Support the product group planners on their product forecasts, maintaining and forecasting WSSIs.
4. Assist the FC planners with analysis to drive trade in key markets.

We'd Love to Meet Someone Who
* Has previous experience in planning/merchandising/supply chain, ideally within e-commerce fashion retail.
* Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Is highly competent in Excel.
* Is ideally but not essentially proficient in SQL/PowerBI.
