What we are looking for: We are after HR Managers/Generalists who are competent in the delivery of all aspects of operational human resource management, and are confident in providing support to Senior Leadership teams; and in turn making a positive impact on business outcomes.
We have short term (and permanent) opportunities available across the South Island region.
What is involved? It goes without saying, that the role of an HR Manager/Generalist is a critical part of any business puzzle. To ensure effective and professional HR services are delivered, you will be required to advise and assist in the areas of learning & development, recruitment, reward & remuneration, performance & people and employment relations.
Working with various leaders and stakeholders across the business, your day to day tasks will never look the same. To ensure smooth operations of the business and HR Function, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources
2. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
3. Supporting immigration processes while managing compliance with INZ
4. Providing advice and support on company policies, procedures, and employment law
5. Supporting and advising the Senior Leadership team on all HR related matters
About you To make a positive impact in this role you will be a team player who has:
6. Over 3 years' experience working in HR within New Zealand
7. Excellent knowledge of NZ Employment, Immigration and Health & Safety legislation is essential
8. Excellent communication and relationship building skills across all levels
9. The adaptability and technical competency to readily adapt to a new role and environment
