We are recruiting for a Product Quality Manager to ensure the development and manufacture of safe & compliant products that meet our customers' expectations in terms of quality and performance.
What's the job?
* Accountable for product quality for all OEB products for range/product area
* Support the implementation of the group quality strategy through active application of requirements in daily work
* Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required representing quality
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Work with range and design teams to proactively support range reviews and product development ensuring quality is a key part of the process
* Review design specs and samples to assess products, resolve issues on construction, safety, performance and compliance
* Ensure that all product development, approval and sealing requirements are clearly briefed and understood to deliver high quality products in-line with critical path
What you'll bring
* Experience in a product area
* Knowledge and practical understanding of compliance requirements for product area
* Knowledge of relevant product materials and substrates
* Previous experience in a product technology role or manufacturing environment
* Good understanding of production processes
