Due to recent growth and acquisitions, a Boutique firm of Financial Planners are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join the team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for clients
* Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients’ objectives
* Provide recommendations on investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification based on clients’ risk profiles and financial goals.
* Monitor and review clients’ portfolios on a regular basis, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and risk management.
* Collaborate with other financial professionals, to develop integrated financial solutions for clients.
* Educate and guide clients on various financial topics, including retirement planning, tax optimization, insurance coverage, and estate planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate must have the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and ideally be Chartered or working towards.
You will be able to operate with professional integrity, focusing on providing robust and cost effective solutions based on client requirements as well as having a successful track record of building and sustaining relationships with client and third party potential introducers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex investment and financial planning issues to clients.
You will also have experience in networking and attracting new Clients through business development and effective business planning to grow a client bank and building relationships.
