Position Overview
We3World Ltd is based primarily in London and Manchester, UK although most of the team work remotely. The company is presently recruiting a number of key people to play an integral role in the expansion of the business. We3World is seeking to fill the position of:
SaaS Technology Marketing Manager
Given the very attractive market opportunities, fast-paced environment of SaaS and AI companies and the high expectations of We3World, the company requires an experienced SaaS Technology Marketing Manager to optimize user conversions and drive growth.
Role
As the SaaS Technology Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that optimize conversion rates, turning free users into paid subscribers. You will work cross-functionally with our creative, content and technology teams to refine the user journey, implement data-backed experiments, and scale revenue-driving campaigns.
Manager role in the Marketing of our innovative SaaS Technologies
* Develop and execute strategies to increase user conversion from free to paid plans.
* Analyze data and user behaviour to identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
* Optimize the user journey through funnel analysis, A/B testing and targeted engagement actions.
* Collaborate with creative, development and content teams to refine onboarding and user experience.
* Implement automation and lifecycle marketing tactics to nurture users toward paid plans.
* Launch and manage paid and organic acquisition campaigns always optimising retention.
* Execute appropriate retention strategies to minimize churn rates.
* Measure, report, and optimize marketing performance based on key KPIs and user insights.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS growth marketing.
Collaborate with Technical team
* Constantly review the platforms to identify problems swiftly
* Work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve any issues on the various platforms
* Participate in any “bug testing” that relates to operational issues and the display of products and pricing
* Strive to continually make improvements on the platforms
* Resolve issues promptly given that We3World is always live and errors must be resolved immediately
Must be:
* Highly organized, professional and a strong team player who can work autonomously
* Able to work on multiple projects and tasks
* Able to achieve goals; drive towards common goals and engage in creative problem solving
* Able to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills in working with colleagues, suppliers, licensing partners and other parties
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics, and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Requirements:
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in operational marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing within a SaaS environment.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
* Ideally experienced in connected TV Apps / Smart TV environments
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, META business, Mailchimp or similar.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for improving user journeys and driving conversions.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Passion for CreaTech, SportTech, ArtTech and AI
* An excellent knowledge of the administrative and Operations needs of a start-up company, and strives to resolve problems
* Knowledge of the online space (e-commerce, internet, SaaS, IoT)
* A dynamic individual with a proven track record
* Ideally, an individual who has worked in SMEs, and thrives in the culture of a young company
* The candidate must be prepared to work long hours, and travel if required
* College degree (or equivalent experience) required
* PC and Mac skills necessary (including but not limited to, Excel, Windows, Windows Projects, Microsoft Office, etc.)
* Good knowledge and quick learner of software programmes e.g. e-commerce back-ends, Google docs, Monday.com, BaseCamp, Dropbox, Xero, etc
* Languages: English (and French would be a benefit)
