As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Service Manager to take ownership of our service function. This is a leadership role with a strong strategic focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
The Opportunity
This role is about more than just managing a team—it’s about building a best-in-class service strategy that ensures our customers receive outstanding support. You’ll be responsible for service leadership, optimising processes, and driving continuous improvements to maximise customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our service offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing & executing a service strategy to align with business growth and customer experience goals.
* Leading and managing the service team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
* Optimising service processes & systems to ensure they are fit for purpose and scalable.
* Implementing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customer expectations are met.
* Creating commercially viable service plans for post-warranty support.
* Defining and overseeing installation standards, ensuring seamless execution.
* Driving service performance improvements, embedding best practices.
* Collaborating with key partners & suppliers to enhance service delivery.
* Providing insights and feedback to the product development team to support innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior service management role within a medium/large organisation.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing service teams, third parties, and contractors.
* A strategic thinker with excellent planning & organisational abilities.
* Deep understanding of service management methodologies (ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP preferred).
* Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
* A strong track record of improving service performance and customer satisfaction.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential!)
* Experience in the fitness, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
* Knowledge of installation and product lifecycle management.
