3 days in the office, 2 WFH.
We are recruiting for this newly created part time position. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in their wonderful central London office and 2 from home. Hours are flexible this could be 10.30AM to 2.30PM or 8AM to 12 Noon. Other options could be possible.

Supporting a professional, supportive, and highly experienced Head of Recruitment.
Work in Support of the Recruitment Lead, ensuring all relevant records and Trackers are kept
updated.
• Raise requisitions to place advertisements on the portal and relevant job boards when required.
• Assist with all staff recruitment - monitoring approval paperwork and preparing offers and contracts.
• Ensure the group in house system MyHR is continually updated.
• Provide regular reports/updates to the Recruitment Lead as requested.
• Liaise with the appropriate supplier regarding full employment checks are carried out.
• When the hiring decision is made, communicate effectively with the People & Culture Administration Team to ensure onboarding process and documentation is issued promptly.
• Proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and delivering as appropriate – an awareness of external / Group initiatives and taking steps to introduce or tailor for the UK as required.
• Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development i.e. legislation changes, employment law, visas etc.
• Ensuring People and Culture’s contributions is strategically business relevant and aligned to
commercial goals
