In-House Recruitment Partner About the Company Our client is a well-established, multi-site business with a strong presence across Northern Ireland. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive In-House Recruitment Partner to manage their recruitment function. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced business where high-volume hiring is the norm. Based at the companys Head Office, you will support recruitment needs across all sites, ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent to meet client demands. You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding and supporting new starters during their probation period. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain robust talent pools to support ongoing and future staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring best practice in advertising, selection, interviewing, and onboarding. Work closely with Regional Managers to understand current and future recruitment needs. Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners (including agencies). Advertise vacancies and run recruitment campaigns across Northern Ireland. Actively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, agencies, networking and referrals. Maintain and manage an active talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Support hiring managers during the interview process and provide guidance on selection decisions. Ensure accurate administration of all recruitment documentation and use of internal IT systems. Support managers through onboarding and probation processes, ensuring smooth transitions and positive employee experiences. Ensure all recruitment practices are fair and compliant with employment legislation and reporting requirements. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to senior management. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies for greater efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house or agency). Strong educational background, including a good standard of English and Maths (minimum GCSE or equivalent). Experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A collaborative team player who can also work independently Comfortable working with IT systems and recruitment platforms Full, clean driving licence Benefits: pension
