An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a well-established law firm.
In this role, you will manage reception duties, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and welcoming.
You will be responsible for:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
2. Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take messages.
3. Ensure information dispensers are stocked with up-to-date materials.
4. Oversee the functionality of reception equipment and report issues.
5. Support in the destruction of archived files and maintenance of the case management system.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
2. Experience of reception and administration work.
3. Skilled in ICT.
4. Strong organisational and customer service skills.
