Small but successful family run business, looking for a bookkeeper to join their Broughty Ferry based team on a 10hr permanent contract.
10hrs per week to be worked between the hours of 9-5 M-F
15 - 16 per hour depending on experience
Working fully office based, home working is not available for this role
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Purchase ledger
* Sales ledger
* Bank reconcilitaions
* Raising POs
* Invoice management
* Expense processing
* Payroll
* VAT returns
* Managing energy suppliers
* Populating sales spreadsheets for forceasting and budgetting
* End of quarter accounts
* Systems used with be Sage Accounting
* Main point of contact for the external Accountant
What makes you the perfect candidate for the job:
* Bookkeeping experience
* Sage Accounting systems experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work well in a small team
* High attention to detail
* Good sense of humour
