To be responsible for new business development for the Postgraduate Medical Centre, The Cambridge Simulation Centre and the Cambridge Digital Health and Surgical Training Centre.
To work at a senior level, exhibiting high levels of professionalism, personal resilience, and effectiveness to ensure operational and strategic development of the Postgraduate Medical Centre.
Main duties of the job
1. To manage a complex, fast-paced and diverse workload efficiently and effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
2. To develop strong relations with external stakeholders, industry partners, education groups and work across multiple levels within the healthcare and commercial sector.
3. Design, improve and implement systems and processes that contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of the team.
4. To manage the Centre's budgets and produce monthly reports with analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level with further training to post graduate diploma level or equivalent professional experience.
* Management Qualification.
Experience
* Experience of creating and writing reports to communicate information to a range of audiences in an appropriate manner.
* Experience of working in, and leading, a team.
* Experience of line managing a team.
* Experience of managing projects.
* Experience of managing budgets.
* Proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
* Significant up to date experience as a manager in a similar setting/area.

* Experience in postgraduate/NHS/or education environment.
* Experience of the NHS budget processes.
