You will be expected to manage the Emerging Talent Centre in all aspects with its purpose to identify talented individuals (U9-U14) ready to join the academy on an initial trial period. The Local Recruitment Co-ordinator will be an active scout around the North West identifying players who align with the academy’s player profiles. You will provide operational oversight for the Emerging Talent Centre and support the Academy Head of Recruitment where required. About The Candidate Oversee all aspects of the Emerging Talent Centre programme including training & fixtures. Advise and manage the progress of players within the Emerging Talent Centre liasing with Academy Head of Recruitment. Ensure all administration and operational duties associated with the Emerging Talent Centre are kept up to date. Identify and monitor suitable clubs & organisations that could support and enhance the academy scouting and recruitment department. Work closely with Regional Co-ordinators and scouts to ensure coverage requirements are met. Work closely with the HoR to develop department processes and procedures. To act and conduct yourself in a professional manner appropriate to the representation of Crewe Alexandra Football Club. Support the recruitment department on an operational level and wider academy as required. Attend midweek Academy sessions on a weekly basis and games as & when required. Management of Systems & Processes within the recruitment department. Complete annual safeguarding training and comply with all safeguarding policies.
