What We’re Looking For: Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting, ideally in a senior role. A passion for delivering outstanding care with kindness and respect. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support colleagues. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting a team of Healthcare Assistants to provide person-centred care. Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met with compassion and professionalism. Administering medication in line with care plans and regulatory requirements. Conducting day-time safety checks and ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for residents. Documenting care activities accurately and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Providing support to residents with dementia, promoting a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere.
