Your role involves supporting people with their everyday needs e.g. personal care and cleaning their home as well as hobbies e.g. walks along the beach with a tea and cake pitstop, theatre trips, cycling, kayaking and anything else that interests the clients. Were looking to recruit Support Workers for our state-of-the-art flagship service in East Brighton. The salary is £12.95 per hour plus our comprehensive benefits package. You dont need qualifications or experience to be a support worker - you need to have a good sense of fun, a consistent approach and be able to stay calm under pressure. What is the service like? This service is for six adults with learning disabilities, each client will have a purpose built flat with a small garden. The clients have mainly moved out of long stay hospitals or school environments into the community. What will happen at the recruitment event?
