Your new company Hays Accountancy and finance are working in partnership with a leading engineering company based in County Armagh. Our client wants to appoint an experienced accounts payable assistant to join their fast growing and diverse team on a part time basis Your new role You will be responsible for the site Accounts payable administration to include; Maintaining Purchase ledgers and all relating documentation, preparing bank lodgements, reconciling Statements, dealing with supplier queries and preparing monthly reports for senior management and shareholders. You will also other ad hoc administration duties as and when required What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports as needed. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
