Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school team in Princes Risborough from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work in an environment where you can make a significant impact on students' learning and development.
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and expertise. You will be part of a forward-thinking team, working collaboratively to deliver an engaging and inclusive curriculum while nurturing each childs academic, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across all subjects in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create an inclusive, stimulating, and positive classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
* Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and responsibility within the classroom.
* Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed about their childs progress and well-being.
* Contribute to staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students at all times.
Key Requirements:
* A valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting (Key Stage 1 or 2).
* A passion for teaching and helping children of all abilities reach their full potential.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A commitment to professional development and school improvement.
Desirable:
* Experience working with children with additional needs (SEN).
* Knowledge of current educational initiatives and best practices.
